detect upcoming appointments and trigger reminders. We do not modify or delete events, and we do not request write access.
How we use this data: Event start time, title, and (optionally) attendees are read to schedule reminders. We store minimal metadata (e.g., event ID, scheduled reminder time) necessary to run the reminder engine. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Data retention: Event metadata tied to reminders is retained only as long as needed for delivery, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention. You may request deletion at any time via support.
Limited Use compliance: Our use of Google user data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
